The June 2017 Wrap Up

Posted July 2, 2017 by Tina in Reviews / 10 Comments

Will you look at that! I’m posting my first wrap up since like February. I’ve been in a horrible reading slump and in June I finally kicked its ass!

Behind The Scenes:
  • Little 1 recently started wearing glasses this year and it turns out he has a lazy eye. We’re doing patch therapy at the moment and we’re hoping it will correct the problem.
  • Little 1 and Little 2 start school on August 3rd so I’m looking into doing some last minute summer activities for them do.
  • I moved into my new bullet journal. I’m pretty excited about starting a new one.
  • I finished watching Lucifer and I really enjoyed it.
  • We went to a couple baseball games. 90s night was my favorite.
  • Hubby celebrated his 25th birthday but if you ask him he’s 21 forever.
  • We took the kids to the splash park by the house. Only Little 1 and 2 enjoyed it.
  • Little 1 started basketball. We decided to put him on a team closer to the house instead of driving 45 minutes away but to be honest, I prefer the YMCA that’s 45 minutes away, we’ll be going back there after this season is over.
  • Hubby started going to school to get his CDL (commercial driving license).

About Tina

To the outside world my name is Tina but to three little ones I'm known as Mommy. I'm a twenty something year old bookworm/ professional television watcher. I bullet journal, read, blog, do yoga to keep myself sane in the mist of toddler chaos that runs my house. When I find inspiration I love to write and it has been a dream of mine to write since I was young.

  • Utopia State of Mind

I am so excited for the New Adult List and the mid year tag, I am also going to do that this month 🙂

  • Congrats on beating the slump! Happy July!

  • 13 books is great! Nice to get out of a reading slump! Happy July!

  • You posted a bunch this month. 13 books is awesome! Yay for getting out of the blogging slump.

  • I can’t wait to see Little 1s bullet journal—what a great idea!

  • Yay! Another bullet journal blogger! I’m on my second one and you’re right, it’s fun to start a new one!

Isn’t Lucifer awesome? I’m really loving that show!

Congrats on reading 13 books last month! You had a much more productive month than I did, but I’m hoping that July will be better for me.

  • Congrats on breaking out of your reading slump!

  • Wow. I wish I could get through as many books and make this much progress towards challenges. I’m ridiculously impressed!

    I’m
jealous that you’re so into bullet journalling that you’re onto your
second. I tried it once but couldn’t get the hang of it.

Hope July goes as well for you 🙂

You have so much going on in your life–amazing amount accomplished in June. School starts very early for your kids compared to ours here.

I have that X-Files book, or the other one, but I haven’t read it yet!
