The Weekly Recap is my take on The Sunday Post hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer. I will be highlighting the books I’ve read, what I’m currently reading, things happening on the blog and bits and pieces of my life outside the blog. I’ll also be showcasing the books I’ve recently add to my shelves and I’ll be linking up Team Tynga’s Reviews .

#CurrentlyReading

This is a re-read for me. I borrowed the audiobooks from the library but since I read the first book about two maybe three years ago. I decided to re-read so I can remember what happened in the first book.

This Week I Read:

I started the L.A. Candy series a long time ago but I hadn’t read the last book so I decided to re-read two books. I really enjoyed this series. I’m actually surprised I liked it so much. I want to read The Fame Game next after I get through some ARCs and all my library books.

This Week I Hauled:

I hauled 25 books from the library. I plan on posting them on instagram sometime this week. I’ve been really lazy with my bookstagram account. I’m just unmotivated to post. Has that happened to anyone else?

This Week On As Told By Tina:
This Week In My Life:
  • The Fourth Of July was really simple. We popped some fireworks and then went home.
  • I started back to school shopping and I’m almost done. The Littles start school on August 6th. I’ve been taking advantage of some of the deals I’ve been seeing so I’m almost done shopping. I feel so proud of myself.
  • We had a very busy weekend. Pete The Cat was going to be at the library and the Littles are huge fans so they were excited to meet him. I also renewed my library card and I ended up borrowing 25 books. Then we went to Michael’s because they were having a slime workshop so the Littles did that.
  • I also found the whiteboard of my dreams but the price was not one of my dreams and to be honest it is way too big for my house. *insert crying face* BUT I did find the cutest planner ever so I bought it.
  • We also had a movie night, we finally watched Black Panther and it was amazing. Little 1 and I loved it. I’m definitely buying it.
  • Today the Littles are with my sister so I’ve been at home. I cleaned, ran errands and I watched Love Simon.
Quote Of The Week:

How was your weekend? How was your week? What did you read? What did you haul?
