My Monthly Haul

I’m pretty sure I’m forgetting books but I was so busy this month, I didn’t really haul that much.

This Month I Posted:

Spread The Love

Spread The Love is BACK!
Spread The Love is a monthly meme where you can link up ANY and ALL blog posts from July. Think of it as a second chance to get your blog posts out there. There’s no real rules to the meme, just to comment on the blog posts that interest YOU.

The June link up is now open and you can link up here.

Around The Blogosphere

I was deeply sadden of Grace @ Rebel Mommy Book Blog‘s passing. She was one of my first followers when I started back in 2015. She always left comments on my blog, and she was such a gentle, sweet, caring soul who truly lived up to her name. I’m really going to miss her and I’ll be thinking of her family often.

2019 Reading Challenges

What I Watched This Month:

Secret Obsession – I had mix feelings watching the trailer but I decided to go ahead to watch it anyway. It was as cheesy as I thought it was going to be.
Lion King – We took the kids out to watch it and we all enjoyed it.
Ghost Ship – The husband and I turned it on and it was kind of interesting.

Behind The Scenes Of As Told By Tina

  • July was a very busy month for me and the kids.
  • I had a mini vacation on the 4th of July, I typically work Monday-Wednesday but since we were closed on Thursday due to holiday, I gave up my hours so my co-worker could get them. We celebrated the Fourth of July and the kids had a blast, since they are a little older, we bought bigger fireworks and they enjoyed it. Little 1 grilled the food for us. We surprised them with daddy coming down for the weekend. They loved it.
  • Little 1 was selected to be a ball boy for minor league team during the all-star game only he was too young but they let him get autographs.
  • We made it down to a couple of the reading program events at the library. Many of them conflict with my schedule so I was glad to take them to meet the mascot for the Chihuahuas and Pete The Cat.
  • Little 1 will be playing both football and baseball this fall. (I’m not prepared for the amount of driving around I’ll have to do). He was really excited because his football coach had a spot left on his baseball team and saved it for him. He played for another coach this spring and wanted to be with his football coach so bad so I’m glad we made it happen.
  • Little 2 has scored two goals in soccer. She wants to play t-ball and soccer now. I’m going to have to look for teams because I kind of don’t like how the YMCA has their system set up. I don’t really feel like she’s learning a lot and she gets distracted because she gets bored.
  • The Littles start school on August 5th. I will have 3 babies in school. When I first started blogging Little 3 was just born! And now she’s in Pre-K. I am probably going to cry when I drop her off and I am going to be bored on my days off. I’m not ready.
  • We spent a week in Arizona with the husband. We finished the back to school shopping and found the kids backpacks. We also went to see the Lion King and I liked it but the animated one will be my favorite forever. We mainly went swimming (Arizona is hot ya’ll), we went to the park and to eat. I however had a horrible time in Phoenix. I woke up with bites all over my body. My legs were covered, my hands, my chest, feet etc. I was dying. I thought it was bedbugs but I was the only one with bites out of the 7 people. I ended up at the doctors and they think I had allergic reaction to something and broke out in hives. I’m just waiting on medication and cream to make the itchiness go away.
