Review | Twisted Palace by Erin Watt | A Underwhelming End

Twisted Palace took me far longer to finish then it should’ve. I mean it took me weeks to even get to the half waypoint. And when I finally finished it, I felt a bit underwhelmed and I’m not entirely sure how I feel about this. Twisted Palace is book three in the highly addictive series by Erin Watt. I mean I read Paper Princess and Broken Prince in the same day because of how addicting they were. But Twisted Palace was just underwhelming. For me, it lacked the addictiveness that Paper Princess and Broken Prince had. Twisted Palace had Gossip Girl meets Cruel Intentions with a dash of Pretty Little Liars (all the secrets included) and at one point I was just tired. I was tired of all the characters minus Easton because he’s bae oh and Val and Wade because I need to know what the hell is going […]

Review | Broken Prince by Erin Watt

Immediately after finishing Paper Princess, I pulled up Amazon and purchased both Broken Prince and Twisted Palace because I was hooked. You know how most second books tend to have the middle child syndrome where it’s not the best in the series but it is also not the worst? Well, Broken Prince doesn’t have that. It […]

My TBR Review | Paper Princess by Erin Watt

When people say that these books are addicting they mean it, this review is going up late because I’m currently 25% into the third book in the past 24 hours so if that doesn’t tell you how hooked I was then I don’t know what will. Paper Princess is Cruel Intentions meets Gossip Girl with a touch of rags to riches story and I’m not really sure how else to describe it. I was sucked into the story from the first 3% and I ended up following behind on all reviews that I needed to get up. But it was worth it. It has been a really long time since I’ve marathoned a series and in all honesty Paper Princess was a series I was avoiding. I was avoiding because I have heard about the cliffhangers and I wanted the trilogy to be done with before I got sucked in. […]
